Vaishnavi | Bilateral Reveal
I look at what happens between people
I explore the thoughts, emotions and patterns behind situations — by looking at what is happening from both sides. Not to decide who is right or wrong. To understand what is actually happening.
What I Work On
I write simple, story-led pieces about psychology, emotions and relationships.
Content Types
Psychology-led stories, Relationship and emotional content, Perspective-driven LinkedIn posts, Newsletters, Long-form articles, Ghostwriting for founders, creators and personal brands
One Situation. Two Sides.
Most situations are not simply right or wrong. One person sees what they did. The other person sees what was done to them. Both have their own thoughts, emotions and reasons. I look at both sides together to understand how one reaction becomes another, and how a pattern starts.
Bilateral Reveal
Sometimes we understand a situation only when we stop looking at one person's side. Bilateral Reveal is my way of looking at what happens from both sides at the same time — what one person thinks they are doing, what the other person experiences, and how the two affect each other. The point is not to take sides. It is to see the pattern.

About Me
I like looking at the part of a situation that usually gets missed. Why did someone react that way? Why did the other person respond differently? Where did the pattern actually start? I write about these small but complicated parts of people, emotions and relationships — and turn them into stories that are easier to understand.
Have an idea you want to explore?
If you have an idea, a situation, a conversation or a topic you think has more to it, I would be happy to explore it.
Note
This work is for understanding patterns, not therapy, counselling or advice on what decision to make.
