Active Participation in Zonal Cultural Competition and Zonal Cricket Tournament

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 3181 ZONE 5 CIRCULAR TO ALL ROTARY CLUBS Dear Presidents and Secretaries, In keeping with the ideals of Rotary, and with the objective of strengthening the bonds of friendship, love, trust and brotherhood among Rotarians, all Rotary Clubs of Zone 5 are requested to actively participate in the forthcoming Zonal Cultural Competition and Zonal Cricket Tournament.

Contribution Details

As already decided in the First ZRM, to meet the organisational expenses of both events, every Rotarian of Zone 5 is requested to contribute ₹100/- per person for each event. The District leaders instructed us to communicate with the club leaders of Zone 5 and to implement from current year. Therefore, all clubs are requested to collect the contributions from their respective Rotarians and directly deposit the amount into the bank account of the respective hosting club, extending their full cooperation towards the successful conduct of these events.
