50 Years in Bloom: A Golden Garden Anniversary

We are pleased to present our event planning and management proposal for the celebration of your 50th Wedding Anniversary. The proposed celebration will combine an elegant garden setting, Filipino-inspired food, family-centered activities, sustainable event practices, and timeless anniversary elements.

1. 1Option PolicyThe client may request changes to the event package before final confirmation. Requests to add services, upgrade suppliers, increase guest capacity, change the menu, or introduce additional décor may result in additional charges. All package changes must be approved in writing by both the client and company.
2. 2Cancellation PolicyIf the client cancels, notification must be in writing. More than 60 days before: refundable after deduction of non-refundable supplier deposits and expenses. 31–60 days before: 50% retained. 30 days or less: payments may be substantially non-refundable.
3. 3Postponement PolicyThe client may request one event-date postponement subject to written notice, venue and supplier availability, approval of the new date, and payment of any additional charges caused by the postponement.
