Exploring Coping Strategies Among Warrenton Residents Experiencing Water-Service Challenges: A Qualitative Study

Invitation to Participate

My name is Lebogang Isaac Tswaile, and I am a student at Boston City Campus. I am currently conducting an academic research study titled "Exploring Coping Strategies Among Warrenton Residents Experiencing Water-Service Challenges: A Qualitative Study." I would like to kindly invite you to participate in an individual interview for my research. The purpose is to understand how residents of Warrenton experience water-service challenges, how they cope with water shortages, and how family members, neighbours and the wider community support one another. The interview will take approximately 30–45 minutes. Participation is entirely voluntary, and your information and identity will be kept confidential. You will not be required to provide your name in the research interview transcript. I am looking for adults aged 18 years and older who live in Warrenton and have personally experienced water-service challenges. Your participation would be greatly appreciated and would contribute meaningfully to this study.
