MY SIGNATURE MATCHA

Brand Concept

MY SIGNATURE MATCHA is a customer-participation matcha experience. Customers do not simply order a prepared matcha drink—they receive a beautifully arranged DIY matcha tray and create their own drink. Each order is designed to produce two drinks: a dine-in drink served in a reusable ceramic tasa, and a take-out drink served in a cold takeaway cup with lid.

Customer Journey

The experience follows three simple steps: BLEND → MIX → DRINK. The customer chooses three flavors, a milk option, hot or iced preparation, and dine-in or take-out enjoyment, ensuring every creation is unique: "Your Matcha. Your Signature."
