Marklet Terms of Use

1. About the service

Marklet helps create and edit web pages, images, short links, and QR codes from a text description. The current version is a free beta and does not accept payments. These terms do not constitute an offer to provide paid services.

2. Account

Users are responsible for keeping their email address current and for all activity in their account. If a password is used to sign in, users must keep it confidential; if Google sign-in is used, users must protect the corresponding Google account. One person must not create multiple accounts to bypass technical limits. If you suspect unauthorized access, email[email protected].

3. User materials

Users retain the rights to uploaded text, images, and other materials. Users grant Marklet the limited right to store, copy, technically process, transmit to service providers, and display those materials solely to operate the service, including AI generation and editing. Users confirm that they have the right to publish the materials and personal data they add to a page.

4. Prohibited use

Marklet must not be used for:

• phishing, fraud, spam, or impersonating another person;
• publishing unlawful materials, malicious links, or other people's data without a lawful basis;
• threats, harassment, exploitation of minors, or distribution of dangerous content;
• bypassing limits, automated mass generation, or interference with the service.

5. Moderation and complaints

A "Report" button is available on public pages. Marklet may temporarily disable or delete a page in response to a substantiated complaint, a violation of these terms, or a security threat. In the event of a dispute, the page owner can email[email protected].

6. Beta operation

The service is provided "as is": individual features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or produce inaccurate generated text and images. Users must review a page before publishing it. Marklet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of generated output.

7. Ending use

Users can disable or delete individual pages in their account. To request account deletion and deletion of other associated data, email[email protected]. Access may be restricted for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.

8. Changes and contact

Updated terms will be published here with a new date. Questions about the service can be emailed to[email protected]. Before payments are enabled, a separate offer will be published with the service provider's details, price, payment procedure, and refund procedure.
