1. Type decide karo - YouTube jaisa (long videos) - Reels/Shorts jaisa (short vertical videos) - Streaming (movies/shows, subscription) - Video player ya editor app

2. Core features (MVP) - Sign up / login - Video upload - Video feed aur play - Like, comment, search - Profile

3. Tech stack - App: Flutter ya React Native (Android + iOS dono ek code se), ya Kotlin (Android) / Swift (iOS) - Backend: Node.js ya Firebase (shuru ke liye easy) - Database: PostgreSQL ya Firestore - Video storage + streaming: AWS S3 + CloudFront, ya Cloudflare Stream / Mux (sabse aasan, transcoding khud karte hain) - Streaming format: HLS (adaptive quality ke liye)
