Hyderabad Tour

INCLUSIONS: - Meal plan as mentioned above ( Veg Dinner) - Transportation by NON-A.C 45 Seater. - Ramuji film City & other monument entry tickets - Arrival & Departure from Secunderabad Railway station. - Professional Hindi - English speaking guide for entire tour. - All Parking charges, fuel chares, driver reward. EXCLUSIONS: - Any Air Fare or Train Fare - Any personal expenses (drinks, food, laundry, telephone, etc.) - NOTE: Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

1. Payment & Confirmation: - Payment: 50% booking + 25% Madurai + 25% Kanyakumari payment must be made at the time of booking. - Payments made for blocking Air Tickets and VISA are non-refundable. - Accepted modes of payment: UPI / Cheque / Net Banking / Credit Cards (2.5% card charges will apply) - in favour of RL Tours and Travels 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: - 15days before 15%, 30days before 40%, 10days before non refundable along with cancellations charges as per company norms. - advance payment of 50% with Gst, balance in Madurai and kanyakumari to be paid in due course. 3. Air Travel & Transport: - Airfare is subject to change at the time of booking; any difference will be charged to the Tourist. - Flight delays are subject to weather and operational conditions beyond the control of the Tour Organizer. - Vehicle puncture/malfunction is beyond our control; an alternative arrangement will be provided in due course. - Depending on the number of travelers, the vehicle type may change (e.g., Bus -> Tempo Traveller -> Car). Seat rotation will be followed in larger vehicles. 4. Hotel Check-in & Check-out Policy: - Standard Hotel Check-in: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. 5. Itinerary & Tour Execution: - The Tour will proceed strictly as per the finalized itinerary. - The Company reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel all or part of the itinerary due to local conditions, weather, political situations, curfews, or any events beyond control. - Missed sightseeing, meals, or activities due to delays or unforeseen circumstances will not be compensated. 6. Documentation & VISA: - Passport must be valid for at least 180 days from the date of travel completion. - Grant of VISA is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. The Company is not responsible for non-grant of VISA. - It is the Tourist's responsibility to carry all valid documents: Passport, VISA, Air Tickets, Hotel Confirmations, Insurance, Medical Certificates, and Vaccination Proofs (if required). - Tourists must carefully check details on Air Tickets, VISA, Insurance, and Service Vouchers.
