Through social-media videos, awareness posters, educational content, interviews, community conversations and collaborations with qualified mental-health professionals, You Matter plans to discuss topics such as anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional wellbeing, and confidence.

Dr. Aaliya Khanam — Clinical Expertise & Medical Supervision

Dr. Aaliya Khanam holds an MBBS (GMC Srinagar) and an MD in Psychiatry (IMHANS-K, GMC Srinagar). She provides expert insight and medical grounding for emotional and mental health awareness initiatives, managing key areas such as stress & anxiety disorders, depression & bipolar disorder, emotional difficulties & behavioral disturbances, ADHD, OCD, adjustment disorders, and memory problems & dementia.
